SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting our site Pranve.com!  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Upon making your purchase you will receive your order confirmation email with your order summary.

All orders will be shipped via USPS, which takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your address.  We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.  We will try our best to ship the same day if not the following day of the purchase made. 

Once the package ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.  In most cases the tracking number will activate within minutes.  Very rarely will it take longer than 24 hours to activate. 

Please note that we does ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Since we’ve just launched and we currently do not ship internationally.  However, international shipping available very soon in the future.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

Any orders marked as “received” by USPS will be considered received by PRANVE.  If marked as received, but you do not receive your package you will need to contact USPS as that is a delivery issue and is out of our control.  Please contact your local USPS  for any questions you may have about missing or delayed packages.
